Lumen: Light & Mirrors is now playable on the web. Open the game, pick a room and guide a beam of light into a crystal. It is free to play, with no ads, account or installation required.

A mirror, a beam and a small discovery

The first move is simple: tap an empty cell to place a mirror. Tap it again to rotate it. Each mirror bends the light at a right angle, so a small change can open an entirely different path. Press and hold a mirror to remove it and try another route.

The opening puzzles introduce those moves with marked cells and short instructions. As you progress, obstacles and a limited supply of mirrors ask you to plan ahead. Some rooms limit how far the beam can travel; others let the light burn down while you solve the puzzle.

Coins sit along possible routes. Collect them with the beam and spend them on hints when you need a nudge. There is no shop and no way to buy coins with real money.

Lumen on iPad: brass mirrors reflect a golden beam across a stone puzzle board
The same puzzle on iPad. Brass mirrors, a golden beam and a cool blue outline for the next hint.

Rooms worth finding your way through

Lumen starts in an optics workshop and leads through a prism laboratory to an observatory. Each building has its own scenery and materials. Warm brass, worn stone and the glow of the beam give the puzzles a place to belong.

The level selector is a map of connected rooms. Your current room stays easy to find, completed rooms remain available for another visit, and the next building waits above. Choose a room to see its puzzles, or use Continue to return to the first unfinished one.

Open a tab and play

The web version works with a mouse or touch and adapts to a desktop, tablet or phone screen. Your progress and language preference are saved in your browser, so you can close the tab and come back later on the same browser and device. Clearing the site's browser data clears that progress too.

English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian are available. Lumen follows your browser's language when possible, and you can choose another language in Settings.

The same game, wherever you open it

The browser game and the iPhone and iPad app share their puzzles, interface and light-path logic. The web release includes the textured mirrors, room artwork and soft blue hints we have been refining for the app.

The iPhone and iPad version is still in TestFlight. Today's release is the browser version, and it is ready to play now.
