1. Acceptance
By downloading or using CycleWingman (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is — and is not
CycleWingman generates lifestyle forecasts ("relationship weather") based on menstrual-cycle information you enter. The forecasts are estimates based on typical patterns and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It must not be used as a contraceptive tool, for fertility planning, or as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions.
Forecasts are not facts. Real people are not schedules. The App's guidance is never a substitute for communication and consent between partners.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that any person whose information you enter into the App is aware of and comfortable with you keeping that information. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to store and for complying with laws that apply to you.
4. Wingman+ subscription
- Name: Wingman+ (auto-renewable subscription)
- Length: 1 month, renewing automatically
- Price: shown in the App before purchase, in your local currency
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime: in the App via Settings → Manage subscription, or in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, and forecast engine, is owned by the developer. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of forecasts.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including decisions made based on its forecasts.
8. Apple standard terms

9. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
