BOOM! Circus Knockdown: Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

The iPhone, iPad and Android apps collect no personal data. No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Your game progress stays on your device. Big Top Pass is paid for through Apple or Google, who never hand us your payment details. The browser game, the YouTube version, website hosting and support email are covered below.

Who we are

BOOM! Circus Knockdown is a physics game made by Eximsol Sp. z o.o., trading as UpFlyDev, in Warsaw, Poland. This policy explains how we handle information in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, the browser game and the YouTube Playables version.

The iPhone, iPad and Android apps

BOOM! Circus Knockdown does not collect or transmit personal data from the apps to us or to third-party partners. You do not need an account. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. It plays offline.

The Big Top Pass subscription

Act 1 is free. Big Top Pass, which opens the later acts and the endless encores, is an optional auto-renewable subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment and tells the app on your device whether the pass is active. We do not receive your payment details or any other personal data, and the app checks the pass on your device, not on a server of ours. It keeps the store’s last answer on your device, so it opens the same way without a connection. Subscribing, restoring a purchase and noticing a renewal or a cancellation need a connection to the app store. Our Terms of Use describe the subscription.

Game progress

The stages you have opened and cleared, your best score and your progress through the encores are stored locally on your device. We cannot access these saved values, and the app does not sync them to our servers. They stay when Big Top Pass ends.

Deleting the app removes its local data; data included in device backups is managed through your device and your Apple or Google account settings.

The browser game and website

The browser game at games.upflydev.com stores progress in your browser’s local storage. It does not send those saved values to us. Clear site data in your browser to remove them. The browser game has no purchase and no ads.

Opening the browser game or a page on upflydev.com requires a connection to our hosting provider, Netlify. Web requests include information such as your IP address, the requested page and browser details, which may be processed to deliver and secure the website. The pages of the games hub and the main UpFlyDev website use Google Analytics. The BOOM! Circus Knockdown game itself and this privacy page do not include that analytics script.

This privacy page uses Google Fonts to display its typeface. Loading the font sends a web request, including your IP address, to Google.

The YouTube Playables version

On YouTube, the game runs inside YouTube Playables. YouTube stores your progress in your YouTube account, may show ads, and handles that data under Google’s own privacy policy. The game sends YouTube only its progress, your best score and error reports from the game. We do not receive personal data from YouTube.

Links that leave the app

The music credits in the app’s help, and the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy on the Big Top Pass screen, open external websites in your browser. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Visiting them is optional and is not required to play.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request. Please do not send information that is not needed for support. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Children’s privacy

BOOM! Circus Knockdown does not collect personal data from players, including children. The game has no accounts, chat or user-submitted content.

Changes and contact

If the way BOOM! Circus Knockdown handles data changes, we will update this policy and its date. For questions about privacy, or to request deletion of information you sent by email, contact info@upflydev.com.
