The short version: Solar Puzzles collects no personal data whatsoever. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your game progress is stored only on your own device and never leaves it.
Who we are
Solar Puzzles (the “App”) is a space-themed educational puzzle game for children, developed and published by Eximsol Sp. z o.o. (operating as UpFlyDev). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. It applies to the Solar Puzzles App on Apple’s App Store.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The App does not ask for, gather, or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or any other personal data.
The App has no user accounts and no login. You can use every part of the App without providing any information about yourself.
Data stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves your game progress — such as completed levels, star points, and collected planets — locally on your device only, using the standard storage provided by iOS. This information:
- never leaves your device;
- is not transmitted to us or to anyone else;
- contains no personal information; and
- is removed if you delete the App.
No tracking, ads, or third parties
The App contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking technologies, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs). We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or any behavioral profiling. We do not share, sell, or disclose any data — because we do not collect any.
Works fully offline
The App does not require an internet connection and does not send any data over the network during normal play. There are no external links that take a child out of the App.
Children’s privacy
Solar Puzzles is designed for children and their families. Because the App collects no personal information at all, it complies with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (including provisions for children, “GDPR-K”), and Apple’s Kids Category requirements.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. The App contains no third-party advertising and no behavioral analytics.
Purchases
The current version of the App contains no purchases. If optional in-app purchases or subscriptions are added in a future version, any payment will be processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details or any personal information from those transactions, and any such feature intended for children will be placed behind a parental gate. This policy will be updated before any such feature is released.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the App handles information, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect in the App.
