Solar Puzzles — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

The short version: Solar Puzzles collects no personal data whatsoever. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your game progress stays on your own device and never leaves it. The optional Space Pass is paid for through Apple or Google, who never hand us a payment detail. Rating the App, the optional feedback form and contacting us are covered below.

Who we are

Solar Puzzles (the “App”) is a space-themed educational puzzle game for children and adults, developed and published by Eximsol Sp. z o.o. (operating as UpFlyDev). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. It applies to the Solar Puzzles App on Apple’s App Store and on Google Play.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not ask for, gather, or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or any other personal data.

The App has no user accounts and no login. You can use every part of the App without providing any information about yourself.

Data stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the App saves your game progress — such as completed levels, star points, and collected planets — locally on your device only, using the standard storage provided by iOS and Android. The same is true of whether the optional Space Pass is currently held. This information:

  • never leaves your device;
  • is not transmitted to us or to anyone else;
  • contains no personal information; and
  • is removed if you delete the App.

No tracking, ads, or third parties

The App contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking technologies, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs). We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or any behavioral profiling. We do not share, sell, or disclose any data — because we do not collect any.

Offline by default

Every game, the Space Museum and all of your progress work without an internet connection, and nothing is sent over the network while you play. The one exception is buying or restoring the optional Space Pass, which the app store needs a connection to complete.

The App contains no web browser and opens no pages of its own. The only links that leave the App are the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy on the Space Pass screen, the app store’s own page for managing a subscription, and, in My space, the app store’s page for reviewing the App (on the Rate Us card) and the feedback form (on the Rate Us card and the Contact Us row). All five sit behind the parental gate, so a child cannot follow them alone, and they open outside the App, in the app store or your browser.

Children’s privacy

Solar Puzzles is played by children and adults alike, and is published in Apple’s Kids Category and Google Play’s Designed for Families programme. Because the App collects no personal information at all, it complies with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (including provisions for children, “GDPR-K”), and both programmes’ requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. The App contains no third-party advertising and no behavioral analytics.

Purchases

The App is free to play. Since version 1.6 it also offers one optional subscription, the Space Pass, which unlocks additional games and features. Buying it sits behind a parental gate, so a child cannot subscribe alone.

Payment is processed entirely by Apple on the App Store and by Google on Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details, your account name, or any other personal information from those transactions, and there is no server of ours anywhere in the purchase flow. Whether the pass is currently held is checked on your device by the app store’s own framework and stored locally, exactly like your game progress.

Your subscription lives with your Apple Account or your Google Play account, and is cancelled there. Charges, refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Notifications

The App can send one kind of notification: a reminder that your hearts have refilled. It is off until you switch it on, and permission is requested only at that moment. It is scheduled on your own device by comparing stored times against the device clock — there is no push service, no server, and nothing is sent anywhere. Turning it off again in Settings stops it.

If you rate the App, send feedback or contact us

The Rate Us card in My space asks whether you like the App. A thumbs-up opens the App Store or Google Play page where you can write a review; a thumbs-down opens a feedback form hosted on Google Forms. Both links sit behind the parental gate and open outside the App: the review page in the app store, the form in your browser. The Contact Us row below the card opens the same form, behind the same gate, for a question, an idea or a problem. All of them are optional and change nothing in the game. A review is written in the app store and published under its terms; the App sends it nothing.

The form asks for a rating, one comment and the version of the game. The App fills in only the version line, with the kind of device (iPhone, iPad or Android), the App version and its build number. It contains nothing that identifies you, and the rating and the comment are yours to write. Opening the form sends a request, including your IP address, to Google as its host; submitting it sends your answers to Google Forms and to us. We read them to decide what to improve next. Please leave a child’s name and other personal details out of the comment.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles information, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above, and we will do so promptly — at the latest when the change reaches players.
