Who we are
Expedition: Hidden Wild is a nonogram puzzle game made by Eximsol Sp. z o.o., trading as UpFlyDev, in Warsaw, Poland. This policy explains how we handle information in the iPhone and iPad app.
The iPhone and iPad app
Expedition: Hidden Wild does not collect or transmit personal data from the app to us or to third-party partners. You do not need an account. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. The game works offline.
Game progress and settings
Your finds, coins, materials, tools, timed skills and settings such as haptic feedback, reduced motion and high contrast are stored locally on your device. We cannot access these saved values, and the app does not sync them to our servers.
You can wipe your progress using Settings → Reset progress. Deleting the app removes its local data; data included in device backups is managed through your device and Apple account settings.
The website
Opening a page on upflydev.com requires a connection to our hosting provider, Netlify. Web requests include information such as your IP address, the requested page and browser details, which may be processed to deliver and secure the website. The main UpFlyDev website uses Google Analytics. This privacy page does not include that analytics script.
This privacy page uses Google Fonts to display its typeface. Loading the font sends a web request, including your IP address, to Google.
Links from the app, if any, open external websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Visiting them is optional and is not required to play.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request. Please do not send information that is not needed for support. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Children's privacy
Expedition: Hidden Wild does not collect personal data from players, including children. The game has no accounts, chat or user-submitted content.
Changes and contact
If the way Expedition: Hidden Wild handles data changes, we will update this policy and its date. For questions about privacy, or to request deletion of information you sent by email, contact info@upflydev.com.
